Welcome to megbradyhouse.com. This website and the programs, products, and services offered through it are owned and operated by Meg Bradyhouse ("Meg," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or purchasing any program, product, or service from us, you ("you" or "Client") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or make a purchase.

1. Programs & Services

We offer coaching programs, educational content, digital resources, and related services, including the Meg Bradyhouse Mastermind. Depending on the offer, this may include live group coaching calls via Zoom, access to Meg and the Bradyhouse team through our community platform, playbooks and resources, and access to MegAI. The specific inclusions and term for each offer are described on its sales page or in your client agreement.

2. Payments

By purchasing, you agree to pay the full amount for your selected program or product, including any applicable tax, and to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation or perceived outcomes. Missed or late payments may result in suspension of access until your balance is brought current.

If you choose to pay through a third-party installment provider (including but not limited to Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay), that payment plan, including any interest, fees, or repayment terms, is a separate agreement solely between you and that provider.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or cancellations once you are enrolled or have purchased. Choosing to stop participating or leaving a program early does not release you from your financial obligation. We reserve the right to remove a Client from a program for non-payment, harassment, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

4. Program Success Guarantee

The Meg Bradyhouse Mastermind includes a Program Success Guarantee. You are eligible for this guarantee only if you meet all of the following requirements throughout your program term:

  • Submit monthly professional dashboard screenshots, each showing a visible date and timestamp

  • Maintain at least 85% attendance of live coaching calls

  • Post a minimum of 5 Reels and 5 Stories per week

  • Engage in the program community at least 3 times per month

  • Prevalidate at least 70% of your content using the program's prevalidation worksheet and submit proof

If you meet all of the above requirements and do not double your cumulative monthly views (measured against the baseline monthly views you submit at intake) at any point during your program term, you will receive up to 3 additional months of coaching at no additional cost.

Once your monthly views reach double your intake baseline at any point during the term, you are no longer eligible for this guarantee, regardless of later performance. This guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy in connection with program results and does not include a refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Except as expressly stated in the Program Success Guarantee above, we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, business growth, or financial results. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

6. Disclaimer

Our programs and content are for educational and support purposes only and are not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice. Any decisions you make as a result of our coaching or content are your own.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our programs, including but not limited to coaching call content, replays, playbooks, frameworks, worksheets, templates, trainings, MegAI outputs and prompts, text, graphics, and other resources, is the sole intellectual property of Meg Bradyhouse. You may use these materials for your own personal or business use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute them without our written permission.

8. Call Recordings

Coaching calls are recorded and made available to enrolled members through the program's replay library. By participating in a live call, you consent to being recorded.

9. Confidentiality

We will keep confidential any personal or business information you share with us during your program, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our entire liability for any claim, loss, damage, or injury arising from or relating to this website or any program, product, or service is limited to the fees you paid for that program, product, or service.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute related to a program, purchase, or charge, you agree to first notify us in writing at info@megbradyhouse.com and allow us 30 days to respond and work toward a resolution. You agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a bank, credit card company, installment provider, or other third party before completing this written notice process. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following this process is a breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
